METERING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To provide a precision metering apparatus of a simple structure, which requires no cleaning inside. CONSTITUTION: The mounting side of a load cell 2 is attached to a base body 1. A cylindrical member 3 is which a reception port receiving an object to be metered is provided at the upper part and in which a discharge port discharging the object to be metered is provided at the lower part is attached to the load side of the load cell 2. In addition, an opening and shutting member 4 which opens and shuts the discharge port and an air cylinder 5 by which a piston 11 to actuate the opening and shutting member 4 is driven in the horizontal direction are attached to the load side of the load cell 2 in the same manner as the cylindrical member 3. Flexible tubes 6, 7 are connected nearly in the horizontal direction as a whole in order to supply and discharge the air between the base body 1 and the air cylinder 5. An evacuation device 24 by which the discharged air from the air cylinder 5 is discharged to the outside of the base body 1 is installed.
