Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reproduce all of plural time series signals having been recorded on a same time base by dividing data into blocks, changing the arrangement order of the block divisions, adding information such as an identification signal to the data and recording the resulting data. CONSTITUTION:A generating system of a recording signal is made up of a video image supply device 11, a digital coder 12, a P-S converter 13, an S-P converter 14 and a QAM modulator 15 or the like. A signal obtained from an output of the P-S converter 13 is a time series signal resulting from digital coding to plural time series signals received from each video image supply device 11, block-dividing each signal minutely at the P-S converter 13 in which block arrangement sequence is changed and with an identification added thereto. In this embodiment, the high efficiency coding (MPEG system) is adopted for the digital coding processing. Furthermore, in this embodiment, after each time series signal is minutely block-divided and the divided blocks are rearranged. Then the identification signal is added to the resulting signal.
