Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To prevent a malfuction of an air bag device by arranging a threshold value changing means in an air bag control part so as to change an actuation judging threshole value of the air bag device by receiving control information to be used in slip control from a slip control part. CONSTITUTION: Driven wheel speeds Vw1 and Vw2 being wheel speed of front wheels 1 and 2 are read in, and operation (S1) is performed on car speed Vcar and longitudinal acceleration-deceleration Gw being a time differential value of this car speed Vcar from an average value of both driven wheels. A detecting signal of a G sensor is read in, and operation (S2) is performed on longitudinal acceleration-deceleration acting on a car body, and whether or not the car speed Vcar is not more than 20km/H is judged (S3), and when the judgment is Yes, whether or not an absolute value of the longitudinal acceleration- deceleration is not less than a prescribed collision judging threshold value C1 is judged (S4), and when the judgment is Yes, whether or not an absolute value of acceleration-deceleration Gs is not less than a prescribed collision judging threshold value C3 is judged (S5). When the judgment is Yes, it is judged that collision of a vehicle is caused, and an air bag device is actuated.
