CONSTITUTION: A plate 1 is provided with an arm portion 12 formed with the circular arc-shaped first teeth section 13 having the prescribed radius centering on the rotation center of the plate 1 and capable of being meshed with a pinion gear 2 on the inside face and the circular arc-shaped second teeth section 14 having the radius centering on the rotation center of the plate 1 and larger than the radius of the first teeth section 13 and capable of being meshed with a pinion gear 2 linked with a drive source on the outside face.
