CONSTITUTION: This method for recovering an oxidized form of β-nicotinamide- adenine dinucleotide comprises contacting 50-500mM acetic acid, formic acid, etc., with the microbes in which β-nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide content is increased, of an yeast such as Candida utilis cultured in a medium enriched with nicotinamide, and then extracting the microbes.
