PATCHING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide a patching device which can generate a load module of high quality even when patch information including an error is inputted with respect to the improvement of a patching device. CONSTITUTION: This patching device is provided with a generated patch inspection means 110 which inputs a load module to be patched, patch information consisting of various information specifying respective patches themselves to be applied to the load module and a patching method, and confirmation state information showing the history of operation confirmation tests of the respective patches and a wrong patch correcting means 120 which corrects patch information having its error detected into correct patch information; and the generated patch inspection means 110 is equipped with a format error inspection means 111 which inspects a format error of patch information, a confirmation state inspection means 112 which performs confirmation state inspection, and a patch destination inspection means 113 which performs patch destination inspection.
