Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To operate a gate circuits with a single power supply together with reduction of the power consumption by adding the inverter circuits and push-pull circuits into the gate circuits. CONSTITUTION:The switch elements 80/81 and 84/85 are alternately turned on by an input signals IN and the inverse of the signal IN. Thus a frequency dividing signal OUT and the inverse of the signal OUT which are mutual to each other are obtained at the output sides of the push-pull circuits 87 and 86 by giving the 1/2 frequency division to the signal IN and the inverse of IN. Meanwhile the inverter circuits 78 and 79 and the push-pull circuits 82, 83, 86 and 87 are used as the gate circuits. In such a constitution, these gate circuits can be operated with a single power supply and also the power voltage can be reduced. Furthermore no through current flows to the circuits 82-87 at all times and therefore the power consumption is reduced.
