METHOD OF SILL LIFTING CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSE

PURPOSE: To shorten the term of works by a method wherein a plurality of hydraulic jacks are installed between a footing ground and a building, the building is lifted gradually while keeping horizontality, steel materials, etc., are inserted, and the steel materials are used while being brought into contact with a sill in the lower section of the floor face of the building. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of hydraulic jacks are mounted between a footing ground 7 and a building 8, in which the lifting of a sill is prearranged, and the building 8 is elevated while keeping the building horizontal and blocks and steel materials 9 are placed on the upper section of the footing ground 7. Square timbers and steel materials 10 are inserted to the upper sections of the blocks and the steel materials 9, and steel materials 12 are used while being brought into contact with a sill 11 in the lower section of the floor face of the building 8, in which the lifting of the sill is predetermined. Safety to shaking during the execution of works and an earthquake, etc., during construction is ensured at that time, and the building 8 is elevated and moved horizontally and smoothly towards a top face in arbitrary height from an underside. Accordingly, the term of works is shortened, cost is reduced, and repair construction can be decreased.
