SINGLE UNIT MEMBER CONNECTION TYPE METAL-MADE ROOF PANEL

PURPOSE: To provide a single unit connection type metal-made roof panel which is rectangular in developed plane shape and conformable even with non-rectangular shape, and what is more, which provides an excellent and durable flashing ability. CONSTITUTION: An upside-down gutter-shaped cover 5 is carried out to one end in the radial direction of a band-shaped plate 4 by lifting a single leg 6 and a horizontal tongue piece 7 is projected on the halfway of the single leg 6 at the center of the cover piece, thereby forming an insertion groove 8 while the other side end of the belt-shaped plate 4 in the radial direction is connected to a gutter bottom at a desired level of a sideways installed- gutter-shaped grounding frame 8. A flashing piece 10 is shaped up on a higher gutter corner edge of the grounding frame 9 while a dry type sealing material is crowned on the tip of a higher gutter wall 13, thereby forming an insertion part 12. Furthermore, a lower gutter wall 14, which is adapted to be longer than the higher gutter wall 13, is bent upward and turned to a support leg 15 made of the belt-shaped plate 4 while bolt holes 16 are bored on the lower gutter wall 14. A batten seam part is recognized as capable of adjusting joint displacement in a cover 5, is arranged to be conformable to any shape, say, rectangle or arc and invisible from outside in the cover 5. What is more, 'pneumonic pressure sealing' or the like is formed in the cover 5, thereby providing flashing which is excellent in durability.
