Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To provide a lightweight conductive sheet which can be manufactured at a low cost and, even when the sheet is molded, can exert excellent moldability and can maintain a good electromagnetic wave shielding property. CONSTITUTION:The raw material of a conductive sheet is constituted of a conductive nonwoven fabric in which conductive fibers composed of metal-plated carbon fibers are distributed and a resin sheet material, with at least part of the sheet material being buried in the void of the nonwoven fabric. For example, the resin sheet material is brought into contact with the nonwoven fabric by heating the sheet material and the void part of the nonwoven fabric is forcibly impregnated with the resin of the sheet by press-rolling the sheet material. At the press-rolling time, it is preferable to perform graining on the sheet material. Because of the conductive fibers, the conductive sheet has an excellent electromagnetic wave shielding property. When this sheet is used, in addition, a box-shaped resin molding 1 can be obtained by the well known vacuum molding method. At the time of molding the resin molding 1, the corner sections of the molding 1 are subject to stresses, but the electrical continuity is not broken at the sections. Therefore, the characteristics of the conductive sheet are not deteriorated in the molding. |
