Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To manufacture the laminate metallic plate by a simpler process and obtain prominent adhesive properties and rustproof properties by a method wherein a polyvinylidene fluoride film is laminated on a metallic plate through an adhesive layer employing a resin composite obtained by blending a specified volume of thermosetting acrylic resin and a specified volume of primer resin. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive layer 2, consisting of a resin composite obtained by blending 100wt.pts. of primer resin and 5-50wt.pts. of thermosetting acrylic resin and having a thickness of 1-40μm, is formed on a metallic plate 1 by coating it. When a film is too thin, an adhesive force decreases and when the film is too thick, cohesive force decreases and there is a trend of reducing the adhesive force as a film. The film is heated to the temperature of 180-300 deg.C after forming the adhesive layer 2, then, a polyvinylidene fluoride film 3 is bonded on the adhesive layer 2 to bond them under this heating condition. Subsequently, the film is cooled soon after bonding. |
