CONSTITUTION: A balcony unit 4 and an external corridor unit 5 are installed on the external surfaces of a multi-story building main body 3 built by combining multiple building units 2 with each other in vertical and lateral directions for each story and at the right and left sides of it. Also both sides of these balcony units 4 and external corridor units 5 are supported by columns 6A and 6B, respectively. Then the columns 6A and 6B are divided for each story, and the balcony unit 4 and external corridor unit 5 are provided between the divided columns 6A and 6B.
