TELEPHONE NETWORK SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To obtain a service in which a telephone exchange makes processing desired by a service contractor even when a connection control command cannot be received from an additional service remote controller. CONSTITUTION: A telephone exchange 2 is provided with a function detecting that an additional service is requested, a function sending additional service start information to a remote controller 3, a function of connecting a call according to the control from the remote controller 3, a countermeasure function when additional service start is disable and data. The remote controller 3 is provided with data deciding a connection destination in response to a request of the user and a function making connection operation command to the telephone exchange 2 depending on the additional service start information from the telephone exchange 2. When the telephone exchange 2 cannot receive the connection operation command from the remote controller 3, the exchange 2 continues the call processing according to the service content set in advance as countermeasure data when the start is disable.
