Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To secure the conduction of the control rectifiers which undergo the phase control by changing the pulse width of ignition signal that is inputted to each gate of both rectifiers relating to the energization phases of rectifiers and inhibiting the output of the ignition signal of each rectifier when this signal reaches the zero-crossing point of the AC voltage. CONSTITUTION: The ignition device is provided with bidirectional control rectifiers 4 and 5 which control the energization phase of the drive current of an induction motor 3, photocouplers 6 and 7 which input the ignition signals to the gates of both rectifiers 4 and 5, a zero-crossing point detection part ZD which detects the zero-crossing point of the AC voltage, and a CPU 10. In such a constitution, the pulse width of the ignition signal related to the energization phase is changed when the energization phases of the rectifiers 4 and 5 are controlled. Thus, the rectifiers 4 and 5 can surely conduct in either of both energization phases. Meanwhile, since the output of an ignition command signal is inhibited when the ignition signal reaches the zero-crossing point of the AC voltage, a commutating actions can be prevented.
