POWDER MATERIAL SPRAYING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To efficiently coat the periphery of a shaft with powder material by providing an arclike slewing rail structure movably supported along the periphery of material to be sprayed with the support of a spraying nozzle, aligning the structure with the material to be sprayed, and providing a support structure rotatably and vertically movably supported. CONSTITUTION: A spraying lance 1 is vertically supported to a lance support guide 2 via a lance turning arm 4, rotated with the arm 4 while maintaining the vertically held state by a slewing motor 3, and telescoped to a desiliconizing lance A. A guide roller 5 is rotatably cantilevered to the center of the guide 2, mounted with a gear 7 rotatably driven by a drive motor 6 at an upper surface, and rotatably supported along the U-shaped slewing rail structure 8 so as to surround the periphery of the lance A. The structure 8 is driven by a driving mechanism 11, vertically moved so as to be moved to the damaged position (a) of the lance A, aligned and sprayed.
