Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To uniformly generate a flow by preventing generation of a reverse flow, and preventing a drift of fluid flowing in the downstream. CONSTITUTION: In a part of a duct 4 in the downstream where a duct 5 in the upstream is connected at an angle formed relating to the duct 4 in the downstream, a hollow truncated cone 3, opening both ends to spread the downstream, is coaxially arranged, and a peripheral edge in the end part in the downstream of the truncated cone 3 is brought into close contact with the duct 4 in the downstream. A fluid 1, while flowing around the truncated cone 3, flows from an end of the upstream into the truncated cone 3, to eliminate generating a reverse flow in an incorner in a curved part of the duct, so as to uniformly generate a flow.
