Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure adequate strength and reduce the manufacturing cost by forming a notch provided for receiving a ring slider in the wall of a cylinder barrel in the deformation process. SOLUTION: A flat surface which is cut at the height of an opening 27 of a cutout 25 is formed in a pre-formed cylinder barrel 1. Next, the surface of the cylinder barrel 1 is coated with a lubricant, and is, for example induction- heated and cold-pressed. In this case, the cutout 25 is formed by a punch of a cold press tool, which acts on the opening 27 in the vertical direction to the axis of the cylinder barrel 1. In this case, a material overflow part is produced on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder barrel 1, and the material overflow part is turned to be removed. In succession to the turning of the material overflow part and the after-working of the outer contours of the cylinder barrel 1, a cylinder hole 5 is formed in the cylinder barrel 1. Thus, the manufacturing time for the cutout 25 of the cylinder barrel 1, and therefor the manufacturing time for the whole pump can be reduced. |
