CONSTITUTION: In an actuator 1, a throttle wire is pulled or returned by adjusting negative pressure generated in a negative pressure generation chamber 3f of a negative pressure pump 3. The negative pressure pump 3 is provided with a step motor 40 which is rotated in every preset step.
