MULTISTORIED DWELLING HOUSE

PURPOSE: To aim at the even sunshine for a long time to each house by forming a building of a straight part and a circular part in a plan, and providing a core part at a central part of the straight part, and arranging houses in the circular part facing south so that the house axis nearly coincide with the north- south axis. CONSTITUTION: A core part 4 is provided adjacent to a central part of a straight part 2, and the core part 4 is provided with two stairs chambers 5, 5, two elevators 6, 6, a hall 7 and a pipe shaft 8. At this floor, six houses 9 are arranged around the core part 4 so as to face to the circular part 3, and a balcony 10 is provided over the whole periphery so as to be adjacent to each house 9. A multistoried welding house 1 having the semi-circular shape in a plan is thereby formed so as to improve the utilization efficiency of a plot, and the concentration of stress to a local part is prevented so as to stabilize the structure, and the lay-out can be freely performed.
