Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a MIDI data processing device capable of stopping definitely a continuous sound due to the malfunction of a connected MIDI musical instrument. CONSTITUTION:This device is an MIDI data processing device 1 executing the data processing of MIDI data outputted by an MIDI data output device 3 and outputting processed data to an MIDI musical instrument 4 and is provided with a discrimination part 11 discriminating whether the MIDI data outputted by the MIDI data output device 3 is note-on data or not, a counter 11 being activated when the discrimination part 11 discriminates the MIDI data to be the note-on data and a control part 11 generating note-on data having note-on number when the count value of the counter 11 reaches a prescribed value and outputting them to the MIDI musical instrument 4.
