Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To prevent increase in the wear of a piston ring and cylinder liner and also seizure of them by removing sludge which is deposited in a lubricating small hole, and thereby injecting lubricating oil to the inner surface of the cylinder liner at all times. CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensor 7 senses the oil injecting pressure in an oil lubricating path 112 in communication with a lubricating small hole 6, and when the pressure change given by the sensor 7 attains the pressure change value preset in association with the clogging condition of the small hole 6 with sludge 20, an analyzer 22 sends a signal to a drill driving device 23 so that a sludge removing drill 11 is advanced to scratch off the sludge 20.
