Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To reduce costs when providing handles for opening and closing from inside and outside by providing, at the upper and lower ends of a stepped, curved connecting plate, approximately trapezoidal handles whose handle ends cover a stepped space on one side of the connecting plate and a stepped space on the other side. CONSTITUTION: A door handle structure 10 is placed at mid-height along a door panel in such a way that panel boards 12b placed above and below the door panel are connected. The handle 10 is formed by mounting approximately trapezoidal lock rails 15, 16 made of particle boards or the like on the upper and lower ends of a rectangular connecting plate 13 made of plywood curved into steps. In this case, the lock rails 15, 16 have their respective handle ends 15a, 16a extended to cover part of a stepped space 17 on one side of the connecting plate 13 and part of a stepped space 18 on the other side. To open or close the door from inside or outside the room, the door is pushed or pulled with finger on the end 15a or 16a. Costs can then be reduced with the structure looking almost as good as it would be if conventional solid materials are used. |
