FLOOR PLATE

PURPOSE: To make a floor plate fit to the substrate material, by forming a recessed groove parallel to the longer side of the floor plate in which a decorative material is stuck on a base board and providing a plurality of cut grooves on the rear face of the floor plate so as to cross at right angles against the recessed groove to reduce the rigidity. CONSTITUTION: A recessed groove 2a cut from the surface of a decorative material 2 to the base board 1 parallelly to the longer side is formed on a floor plate 3 in which the decorative material 2 is stuck on the surface of base board 1 made of laminated plates. A plurality of cut grooves 1a are provided in the right-angled direction of the recessed groove 2a, on the rear face of the floor plate 3. The cut grooves 1a are formed deep in such an extent that the base board 1 is left as much as 3-6mm at the crossing part against the recessed groove 2a and cut by 1-3mm in the groove width and three times of the thickness of floor plate or less in the interval to reduce the rigidity while keeping the strength as the floor plate. In this way, fitness with the substrate material is improved and uneven surface can be absorbed.
