HAT FOR ABSORBING PERSPIRATION AND METHOD FOR FORMING THE SAME

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject hat, capable of absorbing perspiration by wearing thereof on the head, capable of eliminating the need for sewing operations at all or reducing the sewing operations to the required minimum, readily manufacturable into a beautiful finish in a short time without forming wrinkles, etc., on the surface and good in feeling of wearing without any sense of incompatibility. CONSTITUTION: This nearly overturned bowllike or wooden bowllike hat for absorbing perspiration is obtained by forming a hat body 1 blanked from a water absorbing nonwoven fabric of a wearing piece part 2 capable of being worn on the head top part and a sidewall piece part connectedly installed around the part so as to enable the folding, forming a wrinkle spreading means, folding the hat body 1 through the wrinkle spreading means from a developed state without causing wrinkles, etc., assembling the hat body and fixing joining parts 3a and 3b.
