Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a writing utensil which enables written pictures, characters, etc., to be instantly erased by applying water, facilitates the work for cleanly erasing and correcting written characters, etc., and enables the reproduction of erased characters, etc. CONSTITUTION: A container 2 contains a colored ink 3 which is prepd. by mixing at least one electron-donating coloring compd. selected from among 2-(4- dodecyloxy-3-methoxys tyryl)quinoline, 3-cyclohexylamino-6-chlorofluoran, 3- diethylaminobenzo[a]fluoran, 3-(4-dimethylamino-2-ethoxyphenyl)-3-(1-ethyl-2- methylindol-3-yl)-4-azaphthalid, 3,3-bis [4-diethylamino-2-ethoxyphenyl]-4- azaphthalid, and 3-cyclohexylmethylamino-6-methyl-7-anilinofluoran and an electron-accepting developing compd. selected between zinc salicylate and bisphenol A.
