3-PYRIDAZINONE DERIVATIVE, PRODUCTION OF THE SAME AND CIRCULATORY ORGAN AGENT CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: To obtain a new 3-pyridazinone derivative useful as a therapeutic medicine for ischemic cardiac diseases, cerebrovascular diseases and peripheral circulation diseases. CONSTITUTION: A compound of formula I (R is H, an alkyl, an alkoxy, a hydroxyalkyl, a substitutive amino, an aryl, an aralkyl, carbamoyl, etc.; R , R are each H, an alkyl, an alkoxy, a substitutive amino, an aryl, an aralkyl, etc.; R -R are each H, an alkyl, a halogen, an alkoxy; R , R are each H, OH, an alkyl, a halogen, a trihalogenomethyl, etc.; Q is CH, N; B is single bond, CO, CH2 , etc.; (n) is 1-6) or its salt, e.g. 2- 2-[4-(4-fluorobenzoyl) piperidino]ethyl}-4,4a,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-3(2H)-cinnolinone-oxalic acid salt. The compound is obtained by reacting a compound of formula II with a compound of formula III.
