Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a preparation having selective potassium channel-regulating activities and especially useful for treatment of the central nervous system by formulating 1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid esters. SOLUTION: This preparation contains 0.1-99.5 wt.% of at least one kind of a compound of the formula (A is a 6-10C aryl or pyridyl; R and R are each a 3-6C cycloalkyl or a 1-8C alkyl; R is a 3-6C cycloalkyl or a 1-8C alkyl) or a salt thereof as an active ingredient. The preparation is useful for treatment of central degneration disease such as dementia, Parkinson's disease and sclerosis, and hindrance of cerebrum circulation such as cerebral ischemia, ictus and subarachnoid hemorrhage, depression, schizophrenic disorder, mania, alcohol intoxication, migraine and dysgryphia. The dose per body weight is 0.01-100 mg/kg per 24 hr.
