BAR-SHAPED OBJECT AIR CONVEYING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To forcedly and quickly feed a bar-shaped object from inside a receiving groove into a conveying pipe line without causing jamming. CONSTITUTION: At each transfer feeding to a force feed position P, a receiving groove 3a supplies compressed air from an air injection port 5 by an interruptedly air supplying means 4 toward a bar-shaped object A in each receiving groove 3a interruptedly so as to interrupt air longer than a time of interrupting air by a tooth form part 3b protrusively provided between the receiving grooves 3a. Thus by interrupting the compressed air after supplied for a specific time into the receiving groove 3a, an outlet side pressure of the compressed air, left in the receiving groove 3a and in a conveying pipe line, is decreased to increase a pressure difference as compared with an inlet side pressure of the compressed air next supplied into the receiving groove 3a from the air injection port 5, and a flow speed of the compressed air toward inside the conveying pipe line from inside the receiving groove 3a is increased, to give a large initial speed to the bar-shaped object A in the receiving groove 3a.
