Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable polylactic acid film having high mechanical strength and high transparency from polylactic acid having a start-shaped molecular structure. SOLUTION: In a method for preparing a biodegradable polylactic acid film, polylactic acid having a start-shaped molecular structure prepared from polyhydroxyl alcohol having at least four hydroxyl groups and lactic acid is melted at 130-180 deg.C and the generated melt is subsequently stretched in a stretching ratio of 5 or less at above 50 deg.C.
