CONSTITUTION: These shorts for incontinence are provided with the water absorbent pads 4 having repetitively usable water absorbent parts 67 constituted in multiple layers in the groin part. Net bodies 5 consisting of water repellent fibers or fibers subjected to water repellent finishing are formed on the uppermost layer of the water absorbent pad 4.
