Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a method for measuring a Chlamydia trachomatis antibody and a preparation for diagnosing a Chlamydia trachomatis infectious disease which solve a problem of a non-specific reaction. CONSTITUTION:An elementary body refined from Chlamydia trachomatis is immobilized on a solid phase carrier, and the solid phase carrier is brought into touch with a test sample supposed to contain an antibody to Chlamydia trachomatis. Components of the test sample not reacted are removed. The generated complex of the Chlamydia trachomatis antigen and Chlamydia trachomatis antibody is brought into touch with a marker antibody to an antibody originated from the test sample, and the marker antibody not reacted is removed. The presence of the Chlamydia trachomatis antibody or amount of the antibody in the test sample is measured by measuring mass of a marker substance on the coupled marker antibody. The measuring method and diagnosing preparation featuring containing the above-mentioned steps are obtained.
