R4 = H, 1-4C alkyl (opt. substd. by OH or OMe), cyclopropyl or 1-3C acyl; R5 = H, Me, Ph, thienyl or pyridyl; R6-R8 = H or 1-4C alkyl; R9 = H, Me or CH2NR7R8; R10 = H, 1-4C alkyl, amino, opt.
