Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a method for preparing a biodegradable protein microsphere controlled or usable for the target systemic or topical medicine delivery and obtain its protein microsphere. CONSTITUTION: This protein microsphere such as protamine is obtained by passing through (a) a process for bringing a protein solution containing at least one kind of protein into contact with a second liquid which has restricted miscibility with a protein solvent and does not dissolve the protein to form a protein- non-solvent mixture, (b) a process for stirring the protein-non-solvent mixture to form a dispersant of protein solution in the second liquid and (c) a process for removing protein solvent to form the protein microsphere. The protein microsphere has a diameter of 50 nm to 100 μm diameter and the microsphere is not formed by amide bond or thermal denaturation of the protein.
