DEVICE FOR PEELING OFF PASTING LABEL

PURPOSE:To enable continuous, high-speed peeling off of pasting labels while making a device therefor producible in compact size at low cost by a method wherein a roller that takes up a rolled-up paper mount in bending and a sensor detecting peeled-off labels are provided, and a part for storing the rolled-up paper mount is formed of curved surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A take-up roller 2 starts on turning with a switch 31 for a power source turned on, and as a sensor 10 detects that the front end of a rolled-up paper mount 3 or a pasting label 8 projects by 2mm or more beyond the front end face 15, turning of the take-up roller 2 stops. As the detection probes that the rolled-up paper mount 3 is taken into an opening 9 and a peeled- off pasting label 8 is removed, the take-up roller 2 starts on turning again, and the rolled-up paper mount 3 is bent and guided with a guide plate 11 and discharged through a nipping part 4. By forming the laterals 13 and the bottom 14 on the rear end of a case body 6 in curved surfaces, the rolled-up paper mount 3 can be placed to the center of a rolled-up paper mount storing part regardless of its size in the width, and drawing-out of the paper mount can be executed stably.
