Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a measuring method of the cooling capacity of a cooler for a control panel which enables accurate measurement of the cooling capacity of the cooler for the control panel without using an expensive measuring device of a two tank type. CONSTITUTION:A box 6 for testing is installed inside an environment tank 1 and a cooler 7 for a control panel is fitted on the outside of the box. The cooler 7 for the control panel is operated, with the inside of the box 6 for testing and the environment tank 1 set to be in various measuring conditions, so that thermal saturation be brought about. The cooling capacity of the cooler 7 for the control panel is calculated from a thermal input and the quantity of leak heat of the box 6 for testing at that time.
