INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE INCOMING CALL REGULATOR

PURPOSE:To provide an international telephone incoming call regulator which is capable of reducing the connection of a prankster call from abroad with an international telephone operator and relieving the work burden on the operator. CONSTITUTION:When an international telephone incoming call is received from an originating terminal existing abroad, the control part 11 of a switchboard equipment 7 judges whether an incoming call is from a prankster call countermeasure object area or not from the originating call country number of the incoming call by referring to a data base part 12. In the case of the prankster call countermeasure object area, an annoucement to judge whether the call is the mischievous call or not is performed for an originating caller from a voice response part 8. When the response to this annoucement from the originating caller is received, a voice recognition part 9 judge whether this response is right or not. When the response is right, the call is connected with a switchboard 10. When the response is not right, the call is decided as a prankster call and the call is disconnected.
