Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To permit the stay, keeping the uniform thickness even if the feed of a sheet-like object is suspended, by stopping an axially supporting roller on the upstream side of the axially supporting roller in stop. When a dancer roller on the most downstream side reaches the lower end within a shaft range, and by continuing the revolution of the axially supporting roller on the upstream side. CONSTITUTION:Along the traveling locus of a strip-shaped film C which travels, nipping the reinforce fiber ocntaining liquid resin material, a plurality of axially supporting rollers 21 which support the undersurface of the strip-shaped film are installed, and between the axially supporting rollers 21, a dancer roller 23 which can freely lower along a guide rail 22 aslantly downward for the vertical direction by its dead weight. When taking-up is suspended, the axially supporting roller 21 on the most downstream side is brought into stop, and the dancer roller 23 is lowered by its dead weight by continuing the revolution of the axially supporting roller 21 on the upstream side of the axially supporting roller 21 in stop. Further, on the restart of taking-up, the axially supporting roller 21 is stop is revolved, and the strip-shaped film C is travelled.
