CONSTITUTION:Resin-made self-bonding films 9A-9C each capable of detachably holding an article by its bonding power are laminated on surfaces of substrates 2A, 2B. The adhesion of the films 9A-9C are determined so that the resin may not be transferred to the article to be taken out.
