Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a levelling machine for levelling a metallic sheet or strip capable of removing the difficulties generated at the time of levelling a high- strength metallic sheet or strip. CONSTITUTION: This levelling machine 1 for levelling a metallic sheet or strip is provided with upper and lower levelling rollers 11, 18 which are mutually deviated and arranged. The levelling rollers are supported over the length of themselves by the supporting rollers 12, 19 which are disposed and supported at roller frames 6, 7. Further, the levelling machine 1 is provided with the levelling rollers 11, 18 of extremely small diameters which are driven across intermediate rollers 13, 20 for the purpose of levelling a high strength and thin strip consisting of high elastic material.
