Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a dish washer that washes sufficiently without requiring a detergent, a chemical, etc. CONSTITUTION:Service water 50 from a faucet is electrolyzed to produce basic ionized water 7 and acidic ionized water 8. Predetermined amounts of the ionized waters are stored in a basic ionized water tank 5 and an acidic ionized water tank 4, respectively. For the washing process, a valve 9 is opened to supply an amount of the basic ionized water 7 into a washing chamber 12 to wash dishes and the like 16. After this washing process, the basic ionized water 7 is discharged into sewage by a drain pump 17. Then, a valve 10 is opened to supply the acidic ionized water 8 into the washing chamber 12 to rinse the dishes and the like 16. After the rinsing process, the acidic ionized water 8 is discharged into sewage. Then, a drying fan 43 is operated to perform the drying process.
