Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To automate a distributor provided with a terminal block while using a remotely controllable connector and to enable remote wiring during the avoidance of jumper cable. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a connecting terminal 8 for an exchange cable 6 and a subscriber cable 7 and a remotely controllable connector 16 provided with a grip element 21. In order to automate the distributor equipped with a terminal block 4, the connecting terminal 8 is arranged in the terminal block 4 oriented in diameter direction to a central axis, the connector 16 is turnably held in the central axis 9, and the grip element 21 is oscillated outward from the connector 16 to the diameter direction.
