CONSTITUTION:A roof plate 43 having a housing space (a storeroom) 5 having a natural lighting window 49 or a ventilating hole 53 or the like is installed on a garage unit 3 composed of a lower frame 7 and an upper frame 9, and a garage unit 1 having a housing space is formed. After a level is adjusted by an adjusting bolt 19 or the like, this unit 1 is fixed to a prescribed position in a site by an anchor member 25 or the like. When the storeroom 5 is used, after a car is left, a ladder 57 is hooked on an opening part arranged in the roof plate 43, and an article is taken in and out. Further, wheels are arranged on the lower frame 7, and it is made movable, or the units 1 may be connected in a plurality to each other. The unit 1 is made suspendible and movable by a crane or the like. Therefore, the site can be effectively utilized.
