CONSTITUTION:This device is composed of an outdoor aggregates storage tart 3 temporarily holding aggregates charged therein ana a dust collector 5 installed adjacently to the outdoor aggregates storage tank 3. A suction hood 33 is provided above the outdoor aggregates storage tank and connected to the dust collector 5 through the suction ducts 35, 36.
