Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obviate the filling materials for joints and enhance the fitting efficiency or boards, by fixing a strap bolt with a flat part to a bar member like a sleeper and fixing floor boards or the like with nuts and then closing the nut holes with the filling material. CONSTITUTION:The flat part 2 of a strap bolt 1 is fixed to a bar member 15 like a sleeper, a beam, a column, etc., by screws 4 or the like. And holes 12 for nuts are made at the end of a board 11 like a floor or a roof and the board is fastened to the strap bolt 1 through a washer 5 by a nut 6. Thereafter, a filling material like mortar is charged in the hole 12 of nut to close the hole. In this way, it becomes unnecessary to fill mortar in the joints and the construction is simplified and the period is reduced. Accordingly, the boards can be fitted efficiently.
