Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To embody a seat for a vehicle simplifying structure of a cushion frame of a reclining seat and improving the assembly workability favourable. CONSTITUTION:A seat for a vehicle placing and fixing a cushion frame 3 on it through a reinforcement 1 provided on a rotating board and free to recline a back frame 4 is structured to fix and support an arm 5 for reclining connected to the back frame 4 on the reinforcement 1 and to transmit a load of an occupant working on the back frame 4 to the reinforcement 1. Additionally, the cushion frame 3 is constituted of a panel material, and the cushion frame 3 is placed on the reinforcement 1 and bolt fastened and fixed.
