Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To simplify and miniaturize a structure by using a single heat exchanger concurrently for a heater and cooler for heating or cooling a solvent to adjust the temperature. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 12 is provided in a circulation path of a solvent feeding the solvent to a drum 1 from a solvent tank 11 via a pump P and a filter F, or returning the solvent to the solvent tank 11, or returning the solvent in the drum 1 to the pump P via a button trap 10 so that steam serving as a heat medium or cooling water serving as a coolant can selectively flow to the heat exchanger 12 via the adjustment of valves 24-29.
