ABRASIVE MATERIAL REPRODUCING DEVICE FOR PACHINKO BALL POLISHING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent the over-polishing of an abrasive material and efficiently separate polishing chips. CONSTITUTION:This PACHINKO ball abrasive material reproducing device 1 is provided with a polishing tank 11 having an abrasive material insertion port 17 at the upper section and formed with a polishing chip suction hole 20 on the side plate of a cylinder having an abrasive material discharge port 18 at the lower section, an irregular polygonal stirrer 12 rotatably supported in the polishing tank 11 and formed with ridge sections 22 and valley sections 23 in the vertical direction on the side face of the outer periphery, a driving device rotatively operating the stirrer 20, and an air suction device communicating the insertion port 17 with the polishing chip suction hole 20 of the polishing tank 11. The ridge sections 22 and valley sections 23 formed in the vertical direction on the side face of the outer periphery of the stirrer 12 are preferably inclined against the shaft 21 of the stirrer 12 so that the lower ends of the ridge sections 22 and valley sections 23 are rotated ahead of the upper ends.
