Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow usage for a long time and reduce its calcification by convalent-bonding in a specific manner anion hydrophilic polymer which can be shown in a specific formula to tissues selected from a group of porcine aorta valve and bovine heart sac. SOLUTION: An anion hydrophilic polymer which can be shown in a formula is convalent-bonded to tissues selected from a group of porcine aorta valves and bovine heart sac by way of X in the formula; X in the formula represents amino radical or aldehyde radical; R represents polyoxyethylene (ethylene oxide) radical (POE), or POE containing group, for example, -PEO-C3 H2 or -C3 H6 -CH =N-PEO-C3 H6 -; Y represents hydrogen atom or Na; R represents molecular weight of 100-20000. In this composition, the tissue material is bonded to sulphonated polyethylene oxides; thus resistance to calcination is enhanced allowing for a long-time use.
