Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide a cellulose hydrate food casing which contains an inner impregnating substance containing a specified mixture, which shows excellent long-term storage property, improved peeling property and which is suitable as a sausage casing. CONSTITUTION: This cellulose hydrate food casing has an impregnating substance containing a mixture described below. The mixture is (A) 40 to 200 mg/m adhesive component such as natural proteins, chitosan, aminoplastic precondensate and polyamine/polyamide/ epichlorohydrine resin and (B) 20 to 200 mg/m non-stick component such as chromium/fatty acid complex, long- chain diketene, fat-like substitute, perfluoroethylene, polyetheylene or lecithin, and the weight ratio of the components (A) and (B) is 4/1 to 1/4. The casing is preferably reinforced with linen fiber.
