Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an attachment device which can be quickly attached and detached and also can be satisfactorily fixed. CONSTITUTION:An attachment device is provided with a fixed part 7, an attachment shaft 8b which is related to the part 7, a fixed holder plate which is placed at the tip of the shaft 8b, a mobile holder plate 30 which slides the shaft 8b, the eccentric cams 31a and 31b which moves the mobile holder plate 30, and a lever 32 which turns the cams 31a and 31b. When the lever 32 is moved up and down, a knurling plate 33 provided on an attached object 3 is clamped between both plates 9 and 30.
